Alongside a JV partner, Fairbairn Capital is developing Liverpool's first 5 star hotel. Our team purchased the Grade 2 listed former Liverpool Magistrates Court, built in 1857, unconditionally and planning has now been granted for a 92 key hotel.

The development will appeal to Liverpool's growing discerning consumer base, featuring 3 restaurants, an all day cafe/bar, an 'electric style' cinema, full spa with swimming pool, steam, sauna, gym and treatment rooms, a roof top bar and private members bar.
The hotel will also provide two large function rooms, a boardroom, a presentation room and a PDR all for private hire.
